The beautiful multi-layers of soft fluffy tulle are sprinkled with flower petals and embellished at the waist with flowers and ribbons, complete with "love" knots. The soft elastic waist measures 18", but can be adjusted to fit an older child, teen or adult. Yes, I sell these to adults, too! Length is approximately 13".


All of my tutus are made to order and considered one-of-a-kind, so ribbon and flowers may vary slightly from the photo, depending on availabilty at the time of your order, but I promise it will be just as beautiful!
