This listing is for an eye pillow shaped Herbal Heat Pack with 100% cotton flannel fabric in blue printed with a beautiful Victorian style filigree scrolls and floral pattern. The eye pillow is shaped to fit over the eyes and is approximately 7.5" long by 4" tall. Great for soothing headaches and tired eyes. Stay warm and relaxed this season with a microwaveable herbal heat pack! Makes a great gift!

Directions:

Place heat pack in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute (depending on your microwave’s power). If it is too hot, allow to cool before using. Place over your eyes for a relaxing aromatherapy treat. Pamper yourself with spa-like indulgence. Perfect for soothing aches and pains and helping relieve head pain or tired eyes.

For a moist heat, mist lightly with water before heating.

To store, keep in a plastic bag in the freezer. Can also be used as a cold pack! (Comes with a plastic ziplock bag to store it in)

PLEASE NOTE: The card that comes with this is the standard one I had printed with directions for all heat packs, but the amount of time you microwave the eye pillow for should be shorter. 30 seconds to 1 minute should do.
