Dress will come with the pink vintage hanger and also these adorable pink vintage buttons still on the original card ( they were 10 cents ) .Would be adorable to hang in a nursery , doll room or in any shabby chic or cottage style decor !
Dress is a creamy tone and has a button opening in the back!
