Hibiscus Collar
Description
This adorable hibiscus collar would look great on your little lady this summer. It has a nice girly feel to it with the pink and brown pattern.This collar is made on brown light weight nylon and is 1 inch in width. This collar is adjustable and adjusts between 13"-19". It is made with a plastic buckle, plastic slide and metal D ring.
