Serpentine strand necklace with garnet
Description
Tiny and delicious pomegranate red garnet bicones hug a graceful filament of 18 gauge sterling wire to create a sweet slip of a pendant. I curved the wire on various mandrels and hammered it for hardness and texture. It hangs 2 1/4" from a dainty 16" sterling chain. All metals are sterling silver. Let me know if you'd like a longer or shorter chain. I'd also be happy to oxidize this piece if desired.Added on Oct 23, 2009
