Description

This is Mimi grooving on the Lava (Freeform Arkestra Remix) after she's done with nude vacuuming around 5 pm.

This robust stoneware platter measures 12” w x 8” H x 0.75” D.

The plate is decorated with color slip and the paper resist is cut out by hand. Silkscreen underglaze transfer printed on greenware. Because it is hand built and hand decorated, there is a tactile quality to the surface design and an organic feel to the form.

High fire to cone 8 - 1268° C [2320° F] in an electric kiln.

No problem in dishwasher or reheating gently in the microwave.
