Brighten up your Day!!! This Paper flower is Unique. It was made From recycled magazines from local shops around brooklyn. It also hangs from a TANGLe string made by Charity, and it's all held together with a really ornate bead in the middle. This Paper Flower design was invented by Jonathan, the founder of FoLd. The flower itself is made of over 100 individual pieces of paper. It Looks AMAZING when hung from the ceiling. You can spin them and they look sooo cool! All you need is a breeze from a window and they take on a life of their own. Charity and I have created a hanging paper flower garden above our bed. Endless nights of spinning paper flowers! Get creative with it! You can place it on a vase, hang them over your bed, and they make a great conversation piece just chilling on a coffee table. It's a great alternative to continuously buying flowers that end up withering away. Give a gift that will last. Feel free to ask for custom paper flowers too! I can make paper flowers of a certain theme, color, or even from a specific magazine that you like.

The Process:
After deciding on certain pages from magazines, each paper is individually hand cut to size. Each paper flower usually consists of over 100 pieces of paper, and each piece of paper is folded 9 times to create this design. After all of the pieces are folded they are then carefully linked together to create this unique paper flower. After they are linked, each level of the flower is then given a coat of mod podge to hold it together and make it more durable. From start to finish it take about 5 hours to make one paper flower... the outcome is amazing, and the process is always fun.
