Well, the secret is out. I still love Steel Magnolias. I watched it tons of times as a kid with my mother & to this day still do so when a good laugh & cry are in order. This scarf ifs a bit of a homage to Jackson, Shelby's beau. The grey iced, red velvet, armadillo groom's cake holds something of a fascination for me by its sheer existence. So here's the first version of JACKSON. And the question still stands: How do you go about making grey icing? ;)

I've crocheted it long and with a nice width to wrap and lock out the harshest of winter winds. The ribbed effect gives it an additional bit of texture without adding bulk. It drapes well and is soft and cuddly. I added fringe in grey and raspberry red also.

It's perfect for the man or woman who's seeking the posh & practical. Wear it Euro, wrap it around your neck & tie loosely or let it flow as you go.

The yarn is 100% Acrylic and hypoallergenic.
