Long Serving Tray with Matching Dishes

Description

This long serving tray is perfect for serving asparagus or fish, or even cheese and crackers. It comes with three little dishes for dipping sauces that nestle perfectly in the tray.

A great serving piece for anyone who loves to entertain.

Microwave and Dishwasher safe.

Tray: 12" (30.5cm) long, 4 1/2" (11.5cm) wide
Dishes: 4" by 4" (10cm by 10cm) each

I draw all of the decoration on the clay by hand using a liquid clay called slip, and a slip-trailer. This drawing is done on the piece after it has dried, allowing the slip to crackle. This gives each piece an antique/heirloom feel. The slip is fired onto the piece and completely sealed by the glaze.
