felted wool beach stones - rustic turquoise - set of 15

Description

Wonderfully tactile with a soothing heft, these felted wool stones would make a lovely and calming addition to your home.

You'll receive the set you see here which was inspired by chunks of turquoise. I've layered different shades of wool to create glimpses of white and ribbons of brown and gold in the deep turquoise color to mimic the appearance of the stone.

There is an assortment of shapes and sizes with the largest stone measuring roughly 2" long and the smallest at just about an inch long.

I've gathered these rocks during my walks along the lakes and through the woods here in Minnesota, and wet-felted them, cocooning the river rock inside the soft wool.

They would make lovely meditation stones, paperweights, or natural, textural decorations.

Made in my non-smoking home/studio.
