REPOSE - Simple Soul Chair Doodle Bowl

My unique black, white and 1 color "doodle" bowls and dishes are very different from the pieces that I have painted in the past. They were born out of a need to SIMPLIFY my work and are a direct reflection of that choice. They are like a warm little hug that you hold in your hands....ORGANIC COMFORT BOWLS!

~*~*~*~CHAIRING SPECIFICS!~*~*~*~
The "REPOSE" bowl measures about 6.5" in diameter and is 2 1/4" deep. The inside of the bowl is a stunning deep reddish/orange with a black curlicue! On the outside I painted/drew 5 little chairs: a super comfortable recliner, 2 different straight-backed wooden kitchen chairs, a thoroughly modern Eames design, and a caned rocker! Underneath I wrote the word REPOSE and signed and dated it.

All of my functional pottery is painted with lead free/food safe glazes and is microwave and dishwasher safe, although I do recommend hand washing, just to be safe.... these are works of art, after all! Please do not put this in the oven!

This is a good sized bowl! It could be used to serve a large, warm helping of soup or oatmeal, a tasty salad or big helping of yummy desert, or a small side dish at a dinner party. Will make an exceptional and unique gift for any chair collector or lover of major relaxation !! YAY!! :)
