Angel, wooden hand painted guardian angel, art doll, hand carved of olive tree in Bethlehem-Holy Land, hand painted by me.

The angel height is 5.5", his base is 2" X 1.7".
I hand paint the angel with crafter's acrylic paint, water based and coated it with non toxic varnish also water based.

I hand paint Nativities, figures and animals, all hand carved, hand sculpture in Bethlehem, Holy Land.
I paint in 3 methods:
1. I cover almost all the figure with opaque colors.
2. I create the colors transparent so you can see the structure of the olive wood.
3. I coat the natural olive wood figure with beeswax [proper for children] or with non toxic transparent varnish.
