Small decorated purses from the past inspired me to make this little pouch. You know those purses that were filled with ornaments and colors and combined different techniques.

My version has a pastel colors: pale blues and a hint of rosy pink. It is like a treasure bag of a little fairy tale princess, living in a small but beautiful country castle.

The bag might be for the treasures you have. Or a gift for a special friend. Or maybe you enjoy a flair of history like me and need a reminder of that passion.

Height from the center point of the bottom to the top edge: appr. 11 inch (28 cm) Circumference: appr. 11 inch (28 cm)

The bottom of the bag is crocheted from estonian wool.
The middle part is knitted from estonian wool.
The top is crocheted and then knitted lace edging has been added.
The string has tassels.
