This specially designed bread knife combines craftsmanship with function. This handmade knife has a stainless steel, double ground, serrated blade that never needs sharpening. The hardwood "bow” serves as a guide to cut perfect slices every time. This model matches any of my World Class boards. Finished with food grade mineral oil and wax.
