This blouse is SO cute! I have to give Megan from Michigan credit for this one. She spotted the fabric in my shop and asked if one of my dresses could be made into a shirt. Her three little girls and will each be wearing one this summer. Cute!3T measures 17 inches from the shoulder to hem.
