Carnival Bloom Halter Top...

This is certainly a happy halter! Michael Miller's Carnival Bloom fabric made up in our "Tops Gone Wild" halter top, is just the thing to brighten your day. The fabric is soft, so it hangs perfectly. The drawstring halter can be worn gathered (as shown) or straight across.
Tiny beads brighten the flowers and two larger beads top off the matching cotton drawstring. Elasticized back for comfort and ease of wearing.
We've added an applique for a subtle touch of fabric body art at the back seam that will make you feel daring! (See close-up.)
Carnival Bloom can be washed in warm water and dried on a cool setting. This one is made to fit a size XS or an 8-10.
It measures 39 inches around.
