Hydrangea - Earrings

Description

I have an utter passion for hydrangeas. They evoke memories of my very first trip to England, where after days of travelling I finally arrived to my destination in Cornwall. Clinging to rocky ledges that threatened to tumble at any moment to the sea, were a profusion of giant wonderfully bluey-purple hydrangeas.

With the perfectly pretty blues and purples of hydrangeas, these earrings have quickly become one of my new favorite pieces.

The speckled blue and lilac lampwork beads were made by etsy seller, Gillianbeads. They are couple with blue Swarovski 8mm crystal rounds at the bottom, and a 4mm barely blue Swarosvki bicone at the top. Adding whimsy to the earrings is a flower shaped bead cap in a delightful lilac coloured enamel.

These earrings measure 1.25 inches in length, and wire-wrapped and suspended from shiny copper findings and ear hook.
