We love to make use of herbs in every way possible!Upcycling Vintage Lace is a wonderful way to preserve the talent of the past and dyeing it beautifully in herb dye baths adds another creative unique dimension. Here is a good solid length of dragonfly edging that is 2 yards and 2 feet long and 1 inch wide. This piece comes wrapped around a vintage textile bobbin for fun!This piece was throughly laundered in distilled water and soapwort before we hand dyed it in our herb dye baths. The final rinse was in distilled water. This the best way to preserve the work without risking iron spots in the years to come.
