Spiced Chai

Description

This is a wonderful Spiced Tea blend. I grind all the spices myself, into a easy powder mix*. Native to India, Chai is a spicey tea that you make with milk.

You will get enough of my mix to make 8 cups of Chai (directions included!)! It is wonderful and sweet, and can be made hot or iced... I start my day every morning with a cup of iced Chai!

Ingredients:

Black tea
Organic cane sugar
Organic Cinnamon
Organic Ginger
Organic Cloves
Organic Nutmeg
Organic All Spice
Pure Vanilla extract

On top of getting a delicious drink, there are many health benefits involved!!

Cinnamon: Eases allergies, relieves pain, fights bacteria (e.g.,candida), reduces gas, and helps relax muscles. Some promising research on blood sugar control.

Ginger: Well-documented digestive aid, particularly for overindulgence or morning sickness; contains anti-inflammatory zingiban and other compounds useful in arthritis and preventing arterial plaque.

Clove: Contains eugenol, a powerful phytochemical that anesthetizes, kills bacteria and fungi, fights free radical oxidation, and helps thin the blood.

*The mix will be packaged in a plastic bag, and then into a brown sac, in order to save you money on shipping. I believe in this tea so much, that I didn't want to compromise sales by packaging in a heavy container where I would have to raise shipping!
