Description

This is a knitting pattern for a pair of fun hippopotamus mittens for adults! YAY! Why should kids have all the cute stuff?

SIZE: Women’s S/M, (L)
FINISHED LENGTH: 9 (11)”
Finished circumference: 8 (10)”

MATERIALS:
-Lamb’s Pride Worsted (85% wool/15% mohair, 4 oz/ 113 grams, 190 yds/173 M.) 1 skein each:
MC: Charcoal Heather
CC1: Lotus Pink
CC2: White Frost
-US 6 & 8 double pointed needles, set of 4
-Tapestry needle
-Stitch marker
-Stitch holder

SKILLS TO KNOW:
-Stockinette Stitch
-Garter Stitch
-Rib Stitch
-Knit in the round
-Pick up stitches
-Duplicate stitch
-Mattress stitch
-Increase 1
-Knit two together
-Purl two together
