You choose any 10 pairs of booties, any size, any color, any style. Some suggested assortments are:
* Pink cowgirl booties and tan cowboy booties, 1 X-small, 2 Small, 1 Medium, 1 Large in each color
* Sneaker booties in your local school's colors
* Two each of 5 different colors, all size Small

Sizing information:
X-Small (3 month size) (shoe size 2) (3 1/2" sole)
Small (6 month size) (shoe size 3) (4" sole)
Medium (12 month size) (shoe size 4) (4 1/2" sole)
Large (18 month size) (shoe size 5-6) (5" sole)

The booties will come with your choice of packaging: "box pack" (in white gift boxes, ready to give), "flat pack" with boxes (neatly packed in a poly bag, with the box flattened), or "flat pack" without boxes (in the poly bag, no box included).
