You will receive 10 very unique receipt book pages from Bowker Fertilizer Company. These pages date back to 1910 or earlier!

The sheets measure just over 3.5-inches x 6-inches.

There will be five buyer copies (black ink) and five agent copies (red ink).

Bowker Fertilizer Co. was founded by William Henry Bowker in 1873. Mr. Bowker was one of the earliest commercial makers of fertilizers. The company was founded with $500 borrowed capital, and in 1895 the company had a cash capital of $1,000,000, all paid in, and was doing the fourth largest fertilizer business in the country; in 1902 the company was merged with the American Agricultural Chemical Co.

These receipt pages are made for the period between 1910 and 1919 based on how the date is printed. Either the Bowker company did not completely merge with the American Agricultural Chemical Co. as history claims, or these pages were printed prior to the merger. A curious bit of history.
