A Glimpse Inside Earrings

These earrings are, in fact, a reproduction of the MRI of my head. Yes, you read that correctly-my very own head. The reason I used my head is because 1) I needed to get the MRI anyway and 2) in accordance with law, I have my own permission to use them. I pleased to say they are normal. Now, while my brain may be physically normal, one may question my mental health given that I thought it was a good idea to sell earrings with my MRI printed on them...but that's neither here nor there. I printed the image on shrink plastic and baked it. The are approx 1 1/8 by 1 3/8 inches. Due to the baking process, they are not completely flat. While a little dark when up against a dark background, they look magnificent when the light shows through them! Great gift for a neurologist!
