This Journal is a Handcrafted ORIGINAL.

I start by harvesting VINTAGE BOOK CLOTH from obsolete and discarded books, juxtaposing the images, type and textures, and sewing them together into an artistic collage, at times adding free-hand embroidered embellishments with my sewing machine.

The signatures (inner pages) are blank and made from 100% recycled paper and HAND BOUND in the distinctive Coptic stitch. The end papers and page separators are unique, having also been culled from vintage books.

This one-of-a-kind journal is great for writing or sketching and MAKES A PERFECT GIFT for anyone, especially the writer who appreciates art and fine craftsmanship.
