Description

With a stand up collar, nipped in waist, zip front opening and exaggerated puff sleeves, this blouse makes quite a dramatic statement. Made from cotton lawn, the top and midriff section are double layered but a single layer of fabric on the sleeves and skirt allow the sheerness of the fabric to create a light, delicate looking blouse.
