Turquoise / Wool and Silk Necklace.

I love the color of turquoise stone!

I bought these beads and I started thinking about how, to combine them with felted beads and what colors to use.

That is my favorite part of the process, to have a mental idea of what you want and to see how it really comes out!

I ended up making off white felted beads with silk fibers all around and 2 sets of aqua and deep turquoise beads.
I really love the results, and this time the necklace resembles pretty closely my mental picture of it!!

The necklace is very lightweight, it has a bali silver closure and it meaures about 22" long.
