NENEEE sailor scalloped shorts
Description
Here's a cute pair of shorts I reconstructed from oversized mommy pants (in prestine, like new condition!) I shortened, bubbled and scalloped the hems. Then used the remaining fabric to make a separate sash belt for the paperbag waist. The fabric is an awesome and crisp textured seersucker that can easily be dressed up or down. This would best fit a size small 3/4, but also has enough slack to accommodate a medium. For reference, I am 5'4 and my measurements are 35-27-36.Measurements (laying flat):
waist - up to 18" (adjustable)
hem - 20"
length - 12"
one-off in sz S-M
machine sewn & serged
hand wash cold/line dry
tape.
