Description
This necklace features an incredible, 20 x 10 mm, vintage, Swarovski Crystal. This faceted beauty drips off of a gold and silver abstract flower pendant that measures 1 inch in diameter. The flower was completely hand formed with fine silver and 14 k gold filled precious metal wires. The silver side of the flower has been given a dark patina and buffed to bring out the silvery grey of the night sky just before sunrise. The golden side of the flower emerges like the warmth of the golden sun as it breaks over the horizon.The necklace measures 17 inches and is sterling silver and 14k gold filled with 3 red coral seed beads.

Gold filled or rolled gold is created by joining a base metal with an outer layer of gold through a process of heat and pressure. The base metal in my wire is brass and the gold is 14 karat. The gold will not chip off and is very durable. This product is advantageous because it keeps down cost without limiting the long-term wear of jewelry.
