Whiting and Davis Antique Mesh Purse

Just for your party, prom or perhaps an elegant wedding--An Art Deco fully lined Dresden Mesh purse by Whiting and Davis with silk lining inside.

The gold-tone frame is gilted and has a satin finish.

The mesh is in very good to near excellent condition but the inside, silk lining is frayed at the opening as you can see in the photo. There are also some very light, red streaks on a small section of the lining that could be lipstick but it is barely noticeable. The purse is still quite usable.

There is also an inner pocket.

The purse measures approximately five inches wide and seven inches long with and eight inch long gold, slinky strap.

Unique! Would be great for the prom or a wedding! Just the right size for a lipstick, compact, cell phone and hanky.
