"Mod Square in Avocado Green and Harvest Gold", that great retro color combo from the '60s and '70's!
(Note: Try as I might, the "gold" color in this piece seems to want to show up on screen as more of a yellow instead of the true warmer and toned down "harvest gold" color that it is. My apologies.)
This piece is what I like to refer to as a "functional art quilt". It's designed to either jazz up your wall space, or add a flash of hip to any table top in the house!
Made from 100% quality cotton fabrics, (Robert Kaufman's Kona collection) and pure cotton batting, this quilt has been machine washed as a final step in its construction. Washing serves to both soften the quilt and bring out its lovely texture. Care is easy... If you choose to hang the quilt, simply shake, or go over it with a lint roller to keep clean. Should you use it as a table topper, and ever need to wash it, simply hand or machine wash, (gently cycle) in cold water, reshape and lay flat to dry.
Measuring 17.5" x 17.5" this Mod Square has been throughly machine quilted, and has a hanging sleeve attached to the back.
