this light blue and spring green garter features a handmade ribbon flower that fades from magenta to lavender, and finished with a swarovski crystal surrounded by beads at the center. one size fits most. the band is made from silk ribbon. circumfrence is approx. 15" (38 cm) and stretches to approx. 19" (48 cm).
