This is definitely one-of-a-kind! This hat integrates several styles from Elf to Robin Hood, to burlesque and behond. Fits most head sizes as it just sits on the top of head and is held securely with straps inside for pinning to your hair accessory. Brim edge made with brown leather-like vinyl. Completely lined. The outer decor fabric is made from sewing silver icicle-like fluff over batting with gold see-through fabric overlay in a very couture, multi-layer swirl. Never to be repeated:)
