Description
This 1986 edition of the Bronte classic was published in London as part of The Great Writers Library. The front cover illustration of a young woman with quill in hand is a reproduction of 'Faraway Thoughts' by C.W. Cope - a great choice for a brooding story.I have chosen to line the purse in colors that pick up the golden hues of the illustration and the midnight blue of the book cover. The handles and button closure are also gold and deep blue.
