Description

Light blue Monarch butterflies rotate around four panels of this lovely skirt. The styling is such that it can be worn pulled high over the hips, perhaps with a large belt. It comes to the knee or just below. The waist can also be folded over and worn lower on the hips. Made of cotton with an attractive flowing style. Hand screen-printed on Alternative Apparel
