Emerald City Vintage Collage Necklace

Two wonderful vintage chandelier crystals in Oz-worthy green have been given “hats” of coppery brass bead caps and dazzle the eye in this necklace of vintage and new components. The focal piece is a stylized bow vintage stamping that I recently found in my stash. It’s a silver-toned metal with a clear square mirror-backed plastic jewel glued to its center. I chose new Czech glass rectangles in green and etched gold, tiny brass dragonflies and tiny vintage round green sew-on matte glass nail heads to enhance the green and gold goodness. Two rows of vintage-style golden brass chain and a handmade hook and eye closure complete the piece, which has a lovely period decadence about it. It would work with a contemporary or vintage dress, perfect for a party or festive occasion. The crystals will draw all toward you, and imagine how this would look with a deep-necked velvet dress or top? Oh yeah.

The necklace measures 20 inches long, and the pendant section is 3.25 inches long.
