This piece features a multifaceted Swarovski crystal barrel at the top, a clear chandelier crystal bead in the middle, and a smooth pink/rose and gold swirled glass barrel at the bottom. The "survivor" ribbon that hangs below is .925 solid sterling silver and has SURVIVOR stamped on the back.The choker itself is memory wire strung with tiny white-lined clear seed beads.
