Kokeshi Kim Clothes Pin Doll

If Inigo Montoya of "The Princess Bride" had a daughter, this is what I would expect her to look like. Apparently, Inigo Montoya’s daughter likes Kokeshi dolls.

Kim is dressed in a yellow hand-sewn ultra suede jumper dress decorated with a little kokeshi doll. Her blue eyes will follow you any way you tilt the doll.

These dolls are called "pin dolls" because of the traditional wooden clothes pin that forms the body (not because they can be worn as pins). The weighted base allows the doll to stand on her own.

She stands almost 6 inches (14.5 cm) to the top of her head. (Not including her hair.)

The bottom of the doll is signed 'Jessica Acosta batch 6' and has the title of this piece: "Kokeshi Kim."
