Chic vintage secretary blouse with white, light blue, light purple and gray vertical stripes. Attached, long removable ascot to tie in a bow or leave open, long sleeves. Silk-like polyester, very soft. Loose fit, great tucked into a high waisted skirt or pants. Excellent vintage condition!
