Oak Leaf Earrings

Description

Lovely little oak leaves are draped upon lemony yellow backdrops... sweet natural accents for a woodland pixie!

Early in the spring each year, I venture into the great outdoors in search of the first signs of warmer weather. Tiny budding leaves burst off of once barren branches and provide one of Mother Nature's most perfected art forms. Each pair of Leaf Earrings is created using very tiny leaves that have been pressed for approximately 4 weeks. Then they are carefully applied to painted wooden pieces, which are then drilled and wrapped, to create a pair of truly one-of-a-kind earrings!

Lightweight and very comfortable to wear!

This pair is round and the wooden pieces measures 1" in diameter. They hang down roughly 1¾" from top to bottom.

Made using 14k gold plated fish hook earring wires.

As with all of my earrings, these Oak Leaf Earrings can be turned into clip-ons upon request, free of charge!

These earrings are ok to wear on a rainy day, but it is recommended that you remove them before swimming or bathing.
