Black and Argyle Upcycled Skinny Scarf

What do you do with a pile of socks that have all torn out at the heel? Cut them up and turn them into a super warm and cute skinny scarf!

This scarf is constructed from the clean and un-holey remnants of four pairs of synthetic blend socks, stitched together with cotton-poly blend thread. The socks are all black, with one pair having a cable knit pattern, and two pairs having an argyle pattern. The remaining fourth pair is plain black.

The scarf measures 75 inches long (190 cm), and varies in width between about 2 1/2 inches (6.5 cm) and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm). Although it's super skinny, the length will allow you to wrap it around your neck more than once if you like.

This scarf can be machine washed and dried.
