With a name like Moon Bindery, it's only natural to offer a moon journal/sketchbook! The first page has the above quote by Willa Cather, plus a reproduction of a beautiful painting of the moon shining on the sea. The rest of the pages are blank--ready to fill with your own thoughts, ideas, drawings, calligraphy....

I made this journal/sketchbook entirely by hand from a lovely thick, grey suede leather. Soft sided, wrap-around design with matching strap to protect the pages. I used Irish linen thread to create a medieval style binding with exposed stitching on outer spine.

The open book lays flat, making it easy to use. 320 pages (counting both sides) of high quality 50 lb sketch paper, acid free and archival.
