The HALLOWAY SISTERS -- Nesting copper wire bowls

Emma and Jane are sisters, only a half-inch difference in size in all dimensions! The smaller green bowl (Emma) measures 4 inches across and 2.5 inches tall, and it nests beautifully inside the larger red bowl (Jane), which is 4.5 inches across at the top, and 3 inches tall!

Emma is actually crocheted with three strands of copper wire: black (32 gauge), copper (29 gauge) and green (28 gauge). Her lip is crocheted with copper (29 gauge) and a slightly lighter-colored amber (26 gauge).

Jane is crocheted with two strands of copper wire: copper (29 gauge), and red (26 gauge). Her lip is just like her little sister's.

Emma and Jane are beautifully made, with tight, even stitches, making them strong, squishy, and resilient -- squeeze them, and they bounce back with a giggle and a jiggle! They like to be petted and played with, and love to show off by holding your favorite candies, jewelry, potpourri, or other items. They would also make great candle holders for a short pillar candle, tealight, or votive -- light the candle, and watch the lacy shadows dance across your walls!

The colors that decorate these little darlings are from the wire's enamel coating, which is permanent, and protects the copper wire from tarnishing, ensuring that they will be bright, shiny, and beautiful for years to come!
