Poppy Fields - Handdyed Sock Yarn Fingering Weight

Description

In March, the California Poppies bloom down the road from me, creating fields of oranges and yellows, with green foliage. This colorway pays homage to them, the colors that drew us to live here. Although you can’t pick the flowers, (it’s a state law) you CAN pick the fiber!

Sock is 75% Superwash Wool and 25% Nylon for strength. Your skein will be approximately 4 oz and 430 yards.

The skein pictured is representative of this colorway, your skein may vary slightly, as handdyeing does not produce an exact result from lot to lot. I do my best to ensure they will be as close as possible. I use professional Lanaset or WashFast Acid Dyes in various methods to dye your skein of yarn.
