TITLE: Bar, 8th Avenue, NYC

ARTIST: Beverly Brown

DESCRIPTION: A signed archival print of an original watercolor painting. This image is from a series of watercolor paintings of New York City where I live. Inspired by the constant rush of figures, the luminosity and the energy of this amazing city, I try to capture moments of fleeting poetry found in urban life. Prints from this series of impressionistic NYC paintings would be perfect for decorating home or office.

SIZE: The image size is 4”x6” with an additional white border of approximately ½”.

A NOTE ABOUT MATTING & FRAMING: This image is sold UN-MATTED & UNFRAMED. The photo shown of the matted print is there as a suggestion for how to display the print. Here I’m showing the print in a Bainbridge 11”x14” pre-cut mat with a 4”x6” opening – available at most art supply shops for less than $10. Simply insert the matted print into the 11”x14” frame of your choice, and voila you have a sophisticated gallery look on a low budget. Because matting & framing is often more costly than artwork, I’ve purposely made these prints a standard 4”x6” size so that you can frame them cheaply & easily with off-the-rack mats and frames.

ABOUT THE PRINTS: I make & sign all the prints myself. They are digitally printed on 64lb. 100% cotton acid free paper with a matte-surface, slightly textured finish and printed with Epson archival pigment inks, guaranteed to last a lifetime under normal exhibit conditions.
