I spotted this little friend while meandering around Paris. Of course I could not resist taking a photo of the pigeon. At the time I had no idea how much I would love the photograph overall. The detail of the iron gate in front of the window contrasts nicely with the chipped and aged paint along the shutters and wall.
I took this photo with my digital camera and altered the color a bit before having it printed in a professional photo lab on premium acid-free, archival paper, which has a matte finish.
