PATHWAYS - Mosaic Wall Art Plaque --US Made in Italy

I've decided to offer some of my smaller mosaics here on Etsy. My hope is that the fact that these are affordable mini works of art, will allow a larger audience to own a piece of mosaic fine art!

"PATHWAYS" is a unique piece of art which explores texture using Italian smalti and natural stone. The piece is a striking contrast between manmade and natural materials.

It measures 15cm x 16cm (approximately 6" x 6.3"). The base substrate is WEDI board (which is MUCH lighter than a wooden base) and has been simply framed with a black frame. Although it comes with a hanger, I personally always set these into passepartouts and then surround with a thicker frame in order to make the mosaic jump out at you.

The piece has been signed by the artist (me!) and would make a lovely addition to any small space. It would also make a wonderful housewarming gift

As opposed to my normal policy of shipping POSTA PRIORITA with the Italian Post Office, this piece will be sent using the RACCOMANDATA (registered mail) service of the Italian Post Office.
