Paddle Fan Wedding Program Deposit

Description

Those beautiful outdoor summer weddings are just around the corner. Why not keep your guests cool with these paddle fans which double as a program too! This would also make a wonderful menu for your rehearsal dinner, your outdoor or tented wedding reception. Perfect for that beachside wedding!

The programs are double sided, created with cardstock, and feature a wooden handle. Embellishments such as ribbon, crystals, shells, etc are available at an additional cost.

Size: Program without handle measures 5"widthx6 3/4" high. Program measures 9 1/2" tall with handle.

This listing is for a deposit to begin working on your custom program paddle fans. Deposits are non-refundable. There is a 25 fan minimum purchase. The price per (each) fan starts at $4.25 for a double sided fan on white cardstock with either color or black ink. Embellishments, changes to fan shape, colored or metallic paper is available at an additional cost.

Upon payment, please send us the details you would like us to include on your program, colors and theme/monogram, etc. You will receive a proof via email of your program layout before it goes to print. We ask that review to ensure all ceremony details, spelling, grammar, etc are correct. When the final proof is approved we will create a custom listing for the balance of the programs (minus the deposit) and the shipping costs. When payment is received the programs will go to print and be assembled. We ship the programs the following business day after they are completed.

PLEASE NOTE: programs take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to be printed and assembled once design specifications are determined, depending upon the quantity of programs ordered. If your event is in the not-so-distant future, please convo us with your wedding date as well as the date you would need them by BEFORE purchasing the deposit. We do our best to accommodate rush orders on a case by case basis to ensure high quality results in our products. A rush may apply and will be indicated for these orders.

Programs will be shipped fully assembled; all you need to do is place them in a pretty basket for your guests to take one at the ceremony!

Paddle fans are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International clients are welcome! Please convo me to discuss mailing options!
