SuperChunk Pink and White Bloom Necklace

The weather has been so nice here in Albuquerque that all I can think of is blooming flowers, popsicles from the paleteria and little sundresses. I even went out last week to buy flower seeds for my garden. This new series of SuperChunk! necklaces is born out of my excitement for the awesomeness of spring.

The pink and white links are permanently locked together and the ends are sealed. All enameled pieces are vintage and because of age may possibly have very teeny chips in the paint that do not detract from their overall appearance. Because of this, they are sealed with a clear coat before being subjected to my artistic will.

The flower pieces are tube set on a sterling silver post which is soldered to a highly polished sterling circle.
The entire pendant measures 1 3/4".

All metal (other than the enameled bits) used in this piece is sterling silver and all solder is lead free.

This necklace is adjustable (12" chunky links + 9" extender = up to 21" long) and can be lengthened or shortened by inserting the handmade clasp into the sterling extender on the other end. The chain opposite the clasp is finished with a pink & white vintage lucite bead that dangles down the back of your neck (last photo).
