Miniature Natural History Display Cabinet

Description

Made for the miniature enthusiast AND the nature enthusiast, this cabinet is a fully stocked, self-contained natural history museum. Three birds perch on bits of wood, with bases fashioned to suggest their natural habitats. Below and behind "glass" doors, two shelves are adorned with a large assortment of 3D butterflies of all shapes, colors, and sizes(These doors do not open). Below the butterflies, a turtle and an albino squirrel perch on their seporate nature tableaus. Underneath these displays, 4 shelves house 4 trays containing natural treasures. The first tray displays three REAL fossils---two shark's teeth, and a sting ray barb. The second tray contains a collection of bird's eggs, including a large ostrich egg. Tray three contains three bones, fashioned carefully out of clay. Tray four contains four beautiful shells. Each tray has "rope" handles to allow for easy handling.
