What a handsome pair or pears. Makes me think of loved ones sitting close perfectly content :)I hand made each one of these lovely pears on my wheel as closed little forms. No molds were used. Each pear is different from the next, just like in nature. One of the pears is a pretty matte brtlett green color, and the other a shiny redish brown. Fired to cone 10 (2380 degrees F).One is 5 1/4" tall and the other 4 3/4". These would make excellent party favors, paper weights, house warming gifts or would look delightful just sitting together on your book shelf or in your kitchen.
